Term Sheet &
Preliminary Offer

Following an initial review, we engage directly with founders to better understand the business and key operating metrics. Based on this assessment, we provide a preliminary valuation range and acquisition structure for discussion.

Due Diligence &
Agreement

Upon agreement on price, we conduct a more detailed due diligence to validate user and revenue metrics. Then we share a purchase agreement.

App Transfer &
Payment
